Currently, all orders will be shipped via Registered Airmail or EMS offered by Hong Kong Post Office. The relevant postal charge will depends what kinds of shipping method selected .

Our order processing: Normaly, we will confirm you the item availability within 3 working days.If all the items you ordered are in stock, we will ship out the goods within 2-4 working days after the payment is received. If you can't get the parcel by Air Register Mail/EMS in
7-14 days(Air Mail) or 3-5 days(EMS) : Please wait! It is still in its trip to your home!
- 15-21 days(Air Mail) or 6-21 days(EMS) : Please call your local post office & provide the Register Tracking No. They will let you know where is your parcel.
- 21 + days(Air Mail & EMS) : Contact us urgently. We will call our post office to check it out! Hong Kong Post Office needs 30-60 days(Air Mail) or 7-14 days(EMS) to complete the investigation.

Customs, duties and taxes We will mark the parcel as gift and undervalue the parcel in the custom declaration form. No invoice of sales information will be attached in the parcel unless or otherwise specified. We are not responsible for the customs, any duties, any taxes and/or any charges applied onto the package. As different countries have their own custom regulations, customers should pay attention to custom fees or import sales tax levied on international deliveries.
Shipping Agreement
All goods purchased from RC-Union are delivered to our customers through third party couriers, RC-Union will not be held responsible for delays, damages and loss of any goods once it has been delivered to the specified courier. All shipment of goods are insured to the maximum possible amount unless specified by the customer. Customers are entitled to seek compensation for any delays, damages and loss of goods order, RC-Unionwill assist customers to the fullest extent possible in seeking compensation from the liable courier.
Partial Shipment / Back Order
In case some product you ordered is out of stock, partial shipment policy will be applied automatically to ensure you get your item(s) in the fastest time. We will ship whatever in stock to you right away, then we will e-mail you for the missing item(s). In case the item will not be re-stocked in the next two weeks, we will back order it & arrange refund only by Paypal. If you have any special instruction for out-of-stock item, please specify in the comment box when you check out.
Refund Policy Refund Policy are not applied on any situations such as damaged and lost on delivery. If customer select EMS or have a shipping insurance, it should be applied.
Return Policy It is proved to be factory default or damage via postal, please contact us and we will take an actions to tackle the problem. Refund policy is not applied at any conditions.
